Fees & Offers

To help plan around the financing of dental treatments, we always inform our patients about cost and payment options before treatment commences.

No Surprises on Your Dental Invoice

Our patients appreciate how candid we are with pricing and what they can expect to pay for a dental course of treatment. We believe that transparency helps our patients anticipate costs and budget accordingly.

We accept patients with private dental insurance and this can help make general dentistry costs more manageable. Dental insurance policies can vary on what will be supported, so please discuss the terms with your policy provider and we can help you understand how this may apply to your dental care.

We do what we can to help make your dental costs more affordable by keeping you informed with:

  • Our comprehensive fee guide. We update this guide regularly. It outlines the approximate costs of our dental services, so patients have an idea of what they can expect to pay.
  • Special offers. We advertise current promotions at our dental practice, which helps our patients take advantage of any savings or opportunities.

Deposit Policy

We do not ask for the full cost of your treatment before you have it. Instead, we may ask patients to pay a deposit on their dental services prior to commencement of treatment. Particularly for complex treatment plans, patients can pay the remaining balance upon treatment completion. Alternatively, patients may wish to pay in instalments as they go, which is a helpful option for managing the cost of dental treatment plans.

To help ensure smooth running of appointments and helping our patients, please see our Cancellation Policy.

Payment Options

Cost shouldn’t be a barrier to getting the oral healthcare you need or want. At Hutton Village Dental Practice, we offer our patients a few different payment options. These plans make it possible for patients to receive the treatment they need.

Our payment options include:

Hutton Village Dental Practice Plan

Patients can sign up for our dental care insurance plan. Instead of paying as you go, patients can sign up to a monthly direct debit. It enables patients to spread out the cost of their regular examinations and hygiene visits. This plan also offers a discount on dental treatments recommended to help support general dental health and protection for dental emergencies.

Interest-Free Loan

We also offer our patients 0% financing (subject to status) on dental treatments. If you would like to learn more about eligibility and the details of an interest-free loan, please ask a member of our team. We are always happy to help with your enquiries and give you options for your dental care.

Interest-Free Credit

For treatments over £500, we offer patients interest-free credit.

Pay as You Go

For treatment plans requiring several visits, such as Invisalign, we give our patients the ability to pay as they go. After you pay the deposit for the service, you can make instalments at each visit. You pay any remaining balance in full on the day of treatment completion.

Why Does Dental Care Cost So Much?

We do our best to make sure the costs of our dental services are reasonable for our patients.

We always let our patients know the cost of treatments up-front, so they can make an informed decision on their care. Costs of advanced procedures are higher due to the nature and scope of these treatments.

Our services are performed by highly experienced dental professionals committed to continual professional development and lifelong learning. The whole dental team trains together regularly to make sure they are meeting a high current standard.

Specialised dental equipment is expensive to acquire and maintain, but they allow our dental team to provide advanced care and help make treatments more efficient and pleasant for patients. Dental practices must also meet the latest healthcare standards and be insured to keep our patients and teams safe and well cared for.

The best way to avoid the cost of some dental treatments is to take good care of your teeth. Follow our recommendations for proper oral hygiene, and you will save yourself a lot of money and preventable time in the dental chair.
